Jim Gudenau is the 1031 Exchange Manager for Leader1031.com, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leader Bank, N.A.. Jim joined Leader1031 in 2022 to focus on expanding the company’s Qualified Intermediary (QI) services nationally. He is responsible for marketing the company’s QI business to CPAs, attorneys, real estate brokers, and real estate investors. He has lectured nationally on the subject of tax-deferred exchanges since 2003, and currently teaches a 1031 Exchange Basics course for Realtors through CE Marketplace (Michigan). Prior to joining Leader1031, Jim provided similar services for 20+ years at a national title company, and two regional financial institutions. He has extensive experience with all forms of exchanges
