About the Presenter:  Jim Parker

Jim Parker is a nationally recognized business broker and exit advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping business owners successfully sell their companies. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and is a former Chairman of the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF). Jim is in his fourth year on the IBBA Board and is a frequent speaker at IBBA events as well as regional and state business brokerage associations across the country. He previously hosted the Let’s Chat with Jim Parker series, an education-focused program for business brokers where he interviewed fellow brokers, SBA lenders, attorneys, accountants, ROBS providers, and other industry professionals.

Jim believes deeply in education, both for himself and for those he serves. He is committed to continuously improving his own knowledge and skills, and he credits that commitment as a key reason his practice has continued to grow and evolve. Jim is passionate about educating sellers and buyers throughout the process, and he equally enjoys helping other brokers raise the level of professionalism and expertise across the industry.
