Join us on September 3^rd for lunch at Papa Razi for a lively, interactive discussion about how SBA changes that went into effect on June 1^st impact your business.  The newly-implements SBA SOP have some significant changes for partial buyouts, seller notes and US citizenship requirements. 

The session will be moderated by Barbara Arena, an SBA 504 lender and long-time NEBBA member with Granite State Development Corporation.   The panel will consist of active SBA lenders that are NEBBA members, Kathleen Kelly with Webster Bank, Jordan Richmond with Leader Bank and Jennifer Mason with Hanover Bank.
