Join us on July 9^th to learn about ways to make sellers more comfortable with offering a seller note and having it tracked. ZimpleMoney is a loan tracking system that automates, monitors and tracks a loan. It automatically bills, provides payment alerts and tracks a loan. We will also be hearing from Paul Cook with Guidant Financial about how to use a retirement account to finance a business without incurring a prepayment penalty (ROBS).

About the Presenter: 

Ted Tekippe, CEO – ZimpleMoney

Ted Tekippe is the co-founder and CEO of ZimpleMoney, a loan-management platform for private lenders.  With 25 years of experience in Financial Services including 17 in Payments and Fintech, and a top-tier MBA, Mr. Tekippe has successfully built and led teams from the Fortune 500 to true startups, including 3 successful venture-backed exits. Over the years, Mr. Tekippe has led strategy, product development, sales and business development, and several other functions across many areas of the Fintech ecosystem.  He is a frequent public speaker at industry conferences and events, most notably focused on leveraging technology and automation in the private lending market.

Paul Cook, Guidant Financial - Senior Business Development 

Paul Cook has been an entrepreneur at heart since the days of his paper route (at 11-years old), car wash job (at 14-years old), and his very own lawn cleanup business (at 17-years old). He owes his work ethic to his father. Before joining Guidant, Paul led sales, training, and development teams in various companies, spending over a decade with the nation’s leading telecom provider. 

He has been with Guidant since 2006 as a subject matter expert and has helped over 2,500 clients become business owners, most of whom used ROBS funding. Paul’s expertise lies in educating his clients on business financing solutions and providing options that best fit their situation.
